Conceptualization and design of Global Marketing Sentiment App, allowing traders to see real-live sentiment and information regarding trade markets based on social media.
DCM Capital asked me to conceptualize and design an idea they had. A global market sentiment app that uses twitter to show public opinion on markets so that traders can see media information and public live sentiment before making any trades. I had a clean canvas to work with and came up with a multiplatform design that would work on both touchscreens and computer screens.
The app allowed users to see real-live sentiment regarding a stock as well as news information, press releases, tweets and video clips regarding the stock all in one place. Allowing users to take into consideration how sentiments regarding a stock can influence its position in the markets. The users could also filter through to specific markets and specific companies if wanted, as well as utilize the comparison action to see how multiple stocks were behaving in selected time-frames.
